Due to local laws and regulations, we do not ship Kratom products to the following U.S. states, cities, or counties:

  • States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin
  • Florida: Sarasota County
  • California: San Diego, Oceanside
  • Illinois: Alton, Jerseyville, Edwardsville County
  • Mississippi: Columbus, Union County
  • Louisiana: Ascension Parish, Franklin, Rapides Parish

Orders placed from these restricted areas will be automatically canceled.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
  • Pre-order items will ship based on the estimated availability date listed on the product page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

7-Star is not liable for any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes that may apply to your shipment. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Shipping Damage Claims

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. However, if your package arrives damaged, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@pure7Star.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage for prompt assistance.
