Refund policy

At 7-Star, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
